"Health Hubs Member Club" refers to our membership program. "Contract" means the agreement between you and us. "We/Us" means Health Hubs Group Limited. "Website" means https://www.healthhubs.hk.

3. Basis of Contract

The information on this website constitutes an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your submitted order is an offer to purchase/redeem. Once submitted, you may not cancel or amend the order to the fullest extent permitted by law. We reserve the sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject any part of your order.

4. Payment

Payment must be made via Stripe, approved credit cards, coupons, and/or loyalty points. All prices are in HKD. Products will be dispatched only after full payment is received. You are responsible for notifying your bank of any changes or fraudulent activities.

5. Warranties & Liability

All implied warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the relevant product.
