1. Order Cancellation and Amendments

Based on our online sales and redemption terms, once an order is submitted, you may not cancel or amend the order to the fullest extent permitted by law. Products will dispatch only after full payment is successfully received.

2. Review Process

Any accepted refund or order handling requests are reviewed by Health Hubs on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject any part of your request.
