Health Hubs will ask you to provide your personal information for providing services, products, processing appointments, conducting data analysis, and communicating with you. If you cannot provide such information, we may not be able to provide our services to you.

2. Disclosure and Transfer

Health Hubs may disclose or transfer your personal data to other members or brands of Health Hubs, our contractual partners (insurance companies, agents, third-party service providers), or any party to whom we are required by law or guidelines to disclose information.

3. Data Security and Retention

Health Hubs maintains data security by implementing appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial measures. We will take all practical steps to ensure data is not kept longer than necessary, complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements of Hong Kong.

4. Access and Correction Rights

According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you are entitled to access and correct your personal data held by us.
